管理者激励机制中的权力因素探析

一想到权力不少人就会联想到了可怕的独裁者形象，使得权力在管理中的重要性未能得到认识，管理毕竟是一场影响力的游戏，而民主管理的支持者们却似乎忘记了这一事实。笔者通过调查发现具有权力动机的管理者更能让其下属感到强大有力，工作进展更顺利。所以权力在管理者激励机制中有着绝对重要的位置，当然在达到管理者的最高境界后其对权力的释然又该另当别论。笔者对这一现象进行了如下论证，并提出可行的改进方案。

When you talk about the power,you may think about the autarch and ignore tne importantce of power in management. Infact manage is a power game,although many people who support the democracy don’t accept it .I found the more power motivation the manager have,the more strength their underling could feel, and the job could go with a swing.This article is talking about the inportance of the power to the manager .
