湖南省研发投入空间自相关分析

摘    要:利用全局自相关以及局部自相关分析方法对2011—2019年湖南省14个市州的R&D经费支出和R&D人员全时当量的整体空间相关关系以及空间集聚性进行分析.研究结果显示,随着各级政府对研发投入的重视程度不断提升,全省研发投入存在显著的全局正相关特征,但湘西和湘南地区呈现大面积的低-低聚集现象,说明各市州研发投入的空间布局不平衡性仍然显著.针对该结论,从提升研发经费和壮大科研人才队伍两方面提出相关建议.

Abstract:The global autocorrelation and local autocorrelation analysis methods was used to analyze the overall spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration of R&D expenditures and R&D personnel full-time equivalent in 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan Province from 2011 to 2019. The results show that with the increasing attention of governments at all levels to R&D investment, there are significant global positive correlation characteristics of R&D investment in the whole province, but there is a large-area low oligomeric set phenomenon in Western Hunan and southern Hunan, indicating that the spatial distribution imbalance of R&D investment in cities and prefectures is still significant. In view of this conclusion, relevant suggestions from two aspects are put forward: improving R&D funds and expanding scientific research talent team.
