全面推进乡村振兴,加快农业农村现代化,是国家重要战略部署,也是中华民族实现伟大复兴的一项重大任务.全面推动乡村振兴,关键是提高农民素质,培育造就一大批紧跟时代、不断成长的新农人.通过重点论述乡村振兴背景下新农人培训的重要战略意义,基于ADDIE模型,从分析、设计、开发、执行、评估5个环节,探讨新农人培训体系构建思路.

Research on the Construction of New Farmer Training System under the Background of Rural Revitalization: Based on ADDIE model

It is the strategic arrangement to promote rural revitalization and accelerate agricultural rural modernization in an all-round way, and it is also a major task for the Chinese nation to realize the great rejuvenation. To promote rural revitalization in an all-round way, the key is to improve the quality of farmers and cultivate a large number of new farmers who keep up with the times and grow up. Based on the ADDIE model, discusses the idea of constructing the training system from five aspects: analysis, design, development, execution and evaluation.
