| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省地处我国东北部边疆,是国家重点林区。冬季冰雪旅游和夏季避暑旅游是黑龙江省旅游业发展的两张王牌,而林区是主要阵地。黑龙江林区发展旅游既有自身优势又有外部机遇,经过多年的发展,已经取得了可喜的成绩。林区发展旅游,有利于林区经济的发展,使传统的林区种植经济向服务经济转变,有利于改善林区基础服务设施。黑龙江省目前具备了实现林区森林旅游产业化的条件,可以采用以旅游企业集团为龙头的产业化带动发展模式,以实现黑龙江林区旅游又好又快发展。
