| 摘 要： | 《房屋登记办法》的出台,为房屋登记工作提供了可操作性的法律依据。因此项工作属于窗口服务类型,它具有涉及面广、政策性强、责任大、接触人员多等特点。因此,本文从一名多年在窗口从事受理工作的工作人员角度,就《房屋登记办法》对房屋登记窗口受理工作影响及建议谈几点体会。

| Abstract: | The introduction of ＂Housing Registration Measures, ＂ provides a workable legal basis for housing registration. Since the work belongs to the type of window service, it has involved extensive, policy-oriented duties and responsibilities, more contact persons and so on. Therefore, started from the perspective of a muhi-year work window service staff, this article talked about the realization on the influence of ＂housing registration measures＂ on window acceptance and suggestions. |
