| Abstract: | In the metropolis areas where economy enjoys more advancement, new-town development and construction have become a common phenomenon as the way of urban space expanding. Through investigation on the current situation and characteristics of the land development and plan of new-towns in Chinese metropolis areas, the thesis, taking the land-use function organization of new-towns as research object, analyses the prominent problems occurring in the process of land-use plan in China and brings forth its ideas/solutions on how to organize the land-use function in a reasonable way. |
