大数据时代零售业的五项对策

摘    要:本文首先分析大数据时代出现的基本原因:互联网技术的发展推动大数据概念的普及与相应产业的发展,不仅信息量剧增,更重要的是由于移动设备的普及以及线上线下的融合导致消费信息可以量化,这为大数据积累与分析提供了基本条件.本文认为,大数据的应用将开创我国零售业的新时代,使零售业的信息化从企业内部走向企业外部.为此,零售商可以采取五项对策:挖掘顾客潜在需求,彻底实施品类管理,重构会员客户关系,小心触摸个性需求,微站打造生活小圈.

5 Ways for Retailors to Deal with Conflicts in Age of Big Data

Abstract:The article explains the main causes of the appearing of big data and introduces how Internet technology propels the development of its correlated industry. As the amount of information increases, and with the popularization of mobile equipment and the combination between on-line and off- line marketing, it makes consumer information measurable which offers basic environment for the accumulation and analysis of big data. The article indicates that the application of big data may create a new era in Chinese retail industry which leads to the informatization from the inside to the outside of an enterprise. Therefore, 5 ways can be followed for retailors to progress: excavate consumers' potential demand, carry out category management; rebuild customer relations; deal with individual needs carefully; create life circles through Weizhan.
