| 摘 要： | 本文分析了复杂产品的模块化外包过程中的道德风险和逆向选择。从模块集成商的角度,建立了一个同时包含道德风险和逆向选择的综合模型,并对其最优解进行了分析。结果表明,要消除合约中的机会主义行为,模块集成商要通过建立"质押"机制、完善监管体系、慎选合作伙伴、提升合作层次等策略,来优化合同设计。

| Abstract: | Moral harzad and adverse selection is concomitant in modular outsourcing of complex product. The integrated model involving moral harzad and adverse selection is set up,and the optimal solution is analyzed in the paper.The conclusions is drawn that the modular integrator should adopt corresponding stratigies to remove opportunism by using impawn mechanism,supervised system,fellowship of choice and advanced collaboration level. |
