摘    要:外溢是创新的一个重要特征,但创新反而不断涌现。创新与创新外溢的并行不悖乃源于创新行为附着于企业的核心能力,能力作为一个整体是无法完全外溢的。能力假说表明创新的不断涌现会为创新企业带来独占地位、声誉效应和先发优势,这种内在的激励为企业提供了真正的动力机制,也为如何培育企业创新能力提供了一个独特的视角。

Abstract:Although faced with spillover, innovation is emerging continuously. This attributed to the behavior of innovation being attached to the core ability of firm . Ability cannot be spilled completely. According to the core ability hypothesis, innovating behavior bring with monopoly, reputation effect and prior advantage to the innovating enterprise, which is endogenous incentive mechanism, and a special viewpoint of how to cultivate the firm's innovating ability.
