高层管理团队研究的不足与前瞻

激烈的市场竞争和我国目前高层管理团队建设的现实,使得加强我国高层管理团队的研究势在必行.在国内仅发现有少量学者对国外相关研究进行了有限的介绍和对我国高层管理团队建设进行一定的研究,而对于高层管理团队理论(top management team,TMT)的整体研究现状,特别是该理论存在的问题和研究趋势则研究的较为有限.文章在对TMT的理论逻辑进行分析和对现有理论进行梳理的基础上,重点对该理论所存在的不足进行了分析,并据此展望了今后有待继续研究的方向.
