应用于甲烷气体检测的闪耀光栅设计与研究

摘    要:针对CH4气体浓度检测,设计、计算了应用于CH4气体浓度检测的微闪耀光栅的结构,并给出了相关参数。通过PCGrate软件模拟了光栅的衍射效率,证明所设计微闪耀光栅能够满足CH4检测所需的1.331μm波长的分光要求。在此基础上设计了基于闪耀光栅分光原理的简明分光装置,并对各分光元件装置进行分析,分析结果表明:微分光闪耀光栅可应用矿井、汽车尾气排放检测等领域的多种气体浓度检测,并实现甲烷气体浓度的较高灵敏度测量。

Abstract:Structure of micro-blazed grating used for detecting concentration of CH4 gas was designed and relevant parameters were calculated.Diffraction grating efficiency simulated by software PCGrate indicated that the designed micro-blazed grating meets requirements of sensing concentration of methane at wavelength of 1.331 μm.Furthermore,based on wave-division principle of micro-blazed grating,a concise setup was designed by software Pro-E,and errors of every component in device were analyzed.Analysis and results showed that micro - blazed grating may be applied to detect a hum-ber of gases existing in mineral well or emission of car,and realized a sensitive measuration for CH4 gas concentration.
