| 摘 要： | 在对广西靖西通灵大峡谷旅游者旅游体验调研的基础上，运用差距分析理论分析了旅游者生态旅游体验的期望与感知的差距，发现生态旅游体验相关的服务均比预期差。基于旅游者个体差异的生态旅游体验期望与感知的差异性分析表明，生态旅游体验期望相当一致，而感知具有明显的差异。鉴于此，提出了加强生态旅游景区管理的建议，以提高旅游者的服务满意度。
