中国地区教育差距的定量分析

摘    要:多元线性回归分析表明 ,2 0 0 0年我国各地区人均受教育的年数和教育基尼系数、城乡收入差距负相关 ,和财政性教育经费投入、城乡人口比、生均学杂费正相关 ,和人均GDP没有显著的统计关系。增加财政教育拨款 ,加快城市化进程 ,调控教育经费的个人分担比例 ,有利于缩小各地区间的教育差距 ,促进各地区教育平衡发展

Abstract:Through the linear multiple-regression analysis ,this paper shows that the average educational years in year 2000 in China are negatively related to the educational Gini coefficient and the income gap between urban and rural, while positively related to the fiscally financial investment, the population ratio of urban and rural and average tuition cost. But the relation between average educational years and the average GDP is flat statistically. Increasing public finance in education, speeding up urbanization process and regulating personal share of educational cost are helpful to narrow the regional gap and attain a favorable balance.
