经济结构的演化及其增长效益分析

本文以福建省为例,运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数考察了经济结构演化及其增长效益。研究结果显示:福建省的资本产出弹性系数(β)要大于劳动产出弹性系数(α),这表明福建省的经济发展正进入资本密集的重化工业阶段;α+β之和小于1,说明福建省的经济发展正处于规模报酬递减阶段。同时,本研究发现,福建省的产业结构调整对其经济增长的促进作用相对较小。结合实证分析结果,本文就如何进一步推进经济结构的优化升级提出相应的政策建议。

Analysis on Evolution of Economic Structure and Its Growth Efficiency:A Case from Fujian

This paper uses the Cobb-Douglas production function to analyze the evolution of economic structure and its growth efficiency in Fujian. The results show as follows：the output elasticity of capital（β） is greater than that of labor（α）,which indicates that the economic development in Fujian is entering a stage of capital-intensive heavy chemical industry;the sum of output elasticity coefficient of capital and labor is less than 1,which indicates that the economic development in Fujian is in the stage of decreasing returns to scale. The results also show that the adjustment of industrial restructuring in Fujian plays a relatively small role in promoting economic growth. After the empirical analysis,it proposes some suggestions on promoting the optimization of economic structure in Fujian.
