| 摘 要： | 通过某大型煤炭企业物流系统与企业快速发展存在矛盾的现状分析,提出了利用信息化手段是实现煤炭企业物流系统精益化管理必然途径的结论,并介绍了改进过程以及主要功能、实施效果,并对企业物流系统实施信息化建设提出了建议。
