| 摘 要： | 针对企业发展模式具有复杂性、模糊性和渐进性的特点,通过构造多经物流企业转型发展模式模糊识别模型,将企业转型发展模式选择问题描述为模糊集贴近度的比较分析,并基于该种思想,在构建3大类20小类铁路多经物流企业转型发展模式聚类指标体系基础上,借助Matlab编程求解模型,将全路29家运作成熟的典型企业划分为5类,最后选取1家处于转型期的多经物流企业进行模式识别,识别结果表明模型和方法对于企业转型发展模式的选择是可行的。
