| 摘 要： | 对解释结构模型的基本理念及步骤进行了简单的介绍,并总结出影响配送网络基本结构的影响因素之间的关系,然后对各因素之间进行邻接矩阵、可达矩阵、分解矩阵等逐步分析,得出影响物流配送网络结构因素的表层因素、中层因素和深层因素。最后根据所得出的结论为物流相关企业配送网络的结构设计提出一些建设性意见。

| Abstract: | The paper first briefly introduces the basic concept and procedures of interpretive structural mode(ISM),then,after consulting expert opinions,summarizes the influence factors of the basic distribution network structure,studies their interrelationships using adjacency matrix,reachability matrix and decomposition matrix,and finally classifies them into surface factors,mid-level factors,and in-depth factors. |
