| 摘 要： | 在对服务供应链概念进行新的定义基础上,建立了服务供应链的结构模型,分析了服务供应链的特点,并提出了SSCOR模型以及SSCOR模型的第一、二、三层运作模式,同时深入分析了服务业企业的服务流程。
