| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the evolution mechanism of logistics technological competence that consists of initiative and non-initiative resources,a composite process which can be broken down to the dual aspects of continuous accumulation of key technological competence elements and intermittent transition of overall competence,here aptly depicted as the evolution driven by the two wheels of initiative and non-initiative resources. |
