| 摘 要： | 在研究我国传统物流机制的基础上,引入了物流金融的概念。以物流金融产生的背景为切入点,创新性的结合了国际结算、物流与金融学理论,简要地分析了我国物流金融在国际结算中的运作模式。希望能为我国出口商提供物流金融模式选择权,为融资提供支持,对风险起到防范与降低作用。

| Abstract: | The paper views the concept of logistics finance of China in light of its root in the traditional logistics system and,taking its generation background as the point of departure,innovates in splicing the theories of international settlement,logistics,and finance.Finally the operational mode of logistics finance of China in international settlement is briefly analyzed. |
