| 摘 要： | 通过灰色关联分析表明,河南物流业和制造业具有较高的关联度,但这与旧有产业结构有关。河南要推进工业结构优化升级,就必须大力促进制造业与物流业的联动发展。通过提高认识、健全规划、完善机制、改革税收、共享信息来加快制造业与物流业的联动发展。

| Abstract: | Through gray interrelation analysis,the paper demonstrates the rather high level of collaboration between the industry of manufacturing and logistics and proposes that the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Henan Province should be pursued on the basis of the joint development of the two industries. |
