| 摘 要： | 随着第三方物流的兴起,以及供应链管理在制造业的广泛应用,对于如何完成自己的物流业务,制造企业有了更多的选择。基于对当前物流模式分类的综合分析,站在制造企业的角度对物流模式进行了重新划分。提出了制造企业物流模式决策的四阶段模型,把决策过程划分为物流需求分析、物流业务对企业竞争力的影响程度分析、物流能力比较优势分析,以及物流模式选择四个阶段。详细给出了每个阶段定性与定量的分析方法和分析工具。
