| 摘 要： | 铁路是我国最为主要的货物干线运输工具。但由于铁路运输无法进行门到门服务,使运输服务产品的完整性受到破坏,其服务质量无法保障。随着人们对运输产品服务质量要求的提高,如何保证服务产品的完整性,成为铁路企业应该重点考虑的问题。通过提出以虚拟企业模式,实现了铁路运输产品的有效延伸,进而提高铁路企业的服务水平。

| Abstract: | Railway transport,as the main artery of freight transport in China,is limited by its inability to carry out door-to-door delivery which compromises the integrity and quality of its transport services and products.The paper proposes to extend the services and products of railway transport through the adoption of virtual enterprise to improve the service level of railway enterprises. |
