| 摘 要： | VMI Hub具备物料集配功能,是临港产业区大型制造企业实现JIT生产与供应商管理库存的可行方案。针对临港产业区的特定环境,根据物料集配方式的不同将VMI Hub的运作总结为直达和混合两种模式。并以联想VMI Hub为例,分析了VMI Hub实施的前提条件、运作流程以及对制造商、供应商和第三方物流等供应链各方的影响。
