| 摘 要： | 铁路物流在经济发展中的作用举足轻重,而突发事件的增多也对铁路应急物流提出了新的挑战。铁路应急物流体系尚处于初建时期,在应急物流实践中作出了重要贡献但也暴露出诸多问题。从铁路应急物流存在的问题入手,探讨相应的解决办法,并提出了完善建议。

| Abstract: | Railway logistics plays an important role in the development of economy and the increasing occurrence of emergency events poses a new challenge to the national emergency railway logistics system,which is still under construction and plagued by many problems.The paper starts from these problems,explores possible solutions,and presents suggestions for improvement. |
