摘    要:入世后 ,我国餐饮业面临一个更加开放、竞争更加激烈的环境。在日益激烈的市场竞争中 ,若不能实现规模经营 ,不加快自己的发展速度 ,很可能就会被淘汰出局 ,为了积极应对挑战 ,做大做强以实现规模经营 ,我国餐饮企业纷纷引入了特许经营这种既古老又先进的经营模式。文章运用SW

Abstract:With China's accession to WTO, restaurant enterprises face the surroundings of more opening and intenser in competition than before. Among the increasingly intense market competition , if the enterprise cannot realize management of scale and speed up the development, it might face the failure. In order to face up to the challenge to battle and become bigger and stronger and realize economies of scale, many restaurant enterprises in China begin to carry on franchising chain which is old and advanced. The author of this paper adopts SWOT analysis, analyzes the competition status of China's restaurant enterprises carrying on franchising and puts forward corresponding proposals.
