论黔南独山地区岩溶水资源的开发和洪涝灾害的治理

黔南独山地区 ,包括独山及其毗邻的三都、荔波、平塘等县 ,面积近 370 0km2 ,为重要产粮区。由于该区可溶岩广布 ,岩溶强烈发育 ,地表严重缺水 ,导致干旱和洪涝灾害问题亦十分严重。 70年代中至 80年代中期 ,曾组织了科研、生产和教育单位的科技人员 ,联合协作攻关 ,查明了该区分布着丰富的岩溶地下水资源及其埋藏和分布规律 ,制定了综合开发利用岩溶地下水的方案及治理洪涝灾害的具体措施。文章指出 ,为使该区尽快脱贫和实现可持续发展 ,关键是要采取多渠道筹集资金 ,加大岩溶水资源开发和灾害治理资金的投入力度。使科技成果尽快转化为生产力。

Development and Utilization of Karst Water Sources & Bring Flood under Control in Dushan Region of South Guizhou Province

Dushan region of south Guizhou Province,including Dushan,Sandu,Libo and Pingtang counties with 3,700 km 2,is an important grain producing area,but there are serious flood and drought disasters because karst distributes widely and developed strongly in this region.From middle-Seventy to middle-Eighty some scientific and technical workers proved through investigation that there were plenty underground water resources in this area,fined out its distribution pattern,and raised programs for comprehensive use of undergrond water and measures for bring flood under control.In order to be prosperous and achieve sustained development in this region,much fund must be invested and scientific and technical achievements must be transformed into producing forces as soon as possible.
