中国公共产品供给差异性原因解析——基于社会主义市场经济公平观的视角

经济高速发展的同时,公共产品供给的差异性表现的越来越突出。这不仅影响了国民福利水平的提高,也逐渐成为中国改革继续推进的"瓶颈"。导致公共产品供给差异性的原因是多方面的,有的是社会主义公平观框架内的差异,有的则是违背公平原则的,应根据造成差异的不同原因进行必要的调整。

On the Reasons for Difference in the Supplies of Public Goods in China Based on Equity Concepts of Socialist Market Economy

With the rapid development of the economy,the difference in the supplies of public goods is getting more and more obvious.The fact not only influences the improvement of the people's welfare,but also gradually becomes the "bottleneck" to go on promoting the reforms.The reasons for causing the difference in the supplies of public goods are various.Some are in the framework of the socialist market economy equity concepts,others breach it.On the base of the introductions of the socialist market economy equity concepts,the article analyzes the reasons for causing the difference in the supplies of public goods in order to distinguish whether which are reasonable and we should necessarily adjust the different reasons which cause the difference.
