现代工业企业组织结构的演变

20世纪90年代以来,现代工业企业的组织结构发生了新的演变,由传统的一体化多层次等级制的组织结构向扁平化、网络化的方向发展。在现代企业理论领域占据主流地位的交易费用理论受其方法论的制约,不能对这一演变过程做出合乎逻辑的分析。企业是进行经济活动的微观主体,最终目的是获取更高的效率、效益和规模经济。企业组织结构的演变是对技术创新带来的规模经济做出的适应性反应。

The Evolution of Organization of Modern Industrial Enterprises

Since 1990s, a new change taking place in the organization of modern industrial enterprises, from the traditional integrative and multi-layer organization to flat and networking one. The transaction costs theory which occupies a leading position in theoretical field of modern enterprises, however, due to its own restraints in methodology can not provide a logical analysis of this evolution. An enterprise is a micro agent in economic activities, whose ultimate goal is to gain higher efficiency, profit and scale economy. The evolution of organization in enterprises is just a response to the scale economy brought by technological progress.
