| 摘 要： | 遵循新兴技术不确定性的本质和产业化的一般规律,新兴技术产业化战略图能够准确识别新兴产业发展不同阶段的内在要求以及存在的市场瓶颈和制度障碍等问题,帮助政府准确地进行战略定位,有针对性地进行制度安排和政策设计。政府培育战略性新兴产业发展的机制由创新链整合机制、产业链整合机制、创新链产业链融合机制、社会系统配套机制四部分构成。
