| 摘 要： | 我国低成本制造如何突破全球价值链低端锁定是社会各界关注的焦点问题,现有观点大多倾向于借鉴亚洲韩国、新加坡等的成功经验以实现产业升级。以我国低成本制造潮涌现象为切入点,发现:与亚洲韩国、新加坡等不同,潮涌现象使我国成为国际市场价格影响者的大国而非价格接受者的小国,与20世纪我国低成本制造潮涌现象引起全球价值链演化而导致我国制造陷入低端锁定类似,潮涌式的产业内升级投资也会引起全球价值链演化,鼓励多样性发展比潮涌式升级是更为适宜的对策。
