摘    要:经营者激励始终贯穿于我国经济改革的全过程。无论从微观层面还是从宏观层面来看,对经营者激励问题都具有基础性工作的意义。结合西方的经典文献,从对企业经济性质的认识开始对激励理论的发展进行回顾,并以系列契约理论为基础,对经营者激励的最基本的要素,激励的产生,激励的主体、客体、激励目标以及激励方式等进行判别。
