大都市区跨界公共事务运行模式:府际协作与整合

随着区域一体化的推进,我国大都市区地方政府在跨界公共事务治理中的协作问题逐渐引起人们的关注。作为对这一问题的回应,整体性治理理论所主张的地方政府间的协作和整合成为促进大都市区跨界公共事务治理的重要方式。在这一理论基础上,深入研究大都市区跨区域整体性合作组织的构建及运转机制,进而探讨由跨区域整体性合作组织、各个地方政府、非政府组织以及私营部门共同组成的大都市区地方政府跨界公共事务整体性治理模式,对实现我国大都市区跨界公共事务的有效治理具有重要的意义。
