| 摘 要： | 七大战略性新兴产业正处于新的创新周期,如能通过持续的产品创新和工艺创新形成主导设计,将构建起我国新的产业创新能力和产业结构。针对战略性新兴产业的技术体系、创新模式、主导设计、产业规模、市场环境等方面的分析表明,当前重点发展的战略性新兴产业多数处于孕育期或成长期。应根据不同产业的阶段性特征和产业关联度,制定综合规划,选择相应的科技投入方式、组织形式和政策手段。
