国家宏观经济调控与房地产政策准则化

2012年以来,国家对房地产经济的宏观调控取得初步成效,一路走高的房价正朝着政策预期的方向逐步回归理性。未来房地产经济的发展方向深刻影响着国民经济的发展。文章通过分析影响房地产经济发展的各种因素,探讨今后如何使房地产经济始终按国家宏观调控预期方向前进。政府应在加大保障房建设的力度以保证刚性需求的基础上,将过去的经验教训加以总结,出台一部《房地产准则》,使房地产经济在国民经济体系中健康平稳的发展。

The Macroeconomic Regulation and Control and the Real Estate Policy Norms in China

As of the first half of 2012,China achieved initial success in macroeconomic regulation and control of real estate,the high house price is now under controlled by the regulation.The future development of real estate affects the national economic development profoundly.This paper analyzes a variety of factors affecting the real estate and economic development to explore how the real estate economy is always in the expected direction of macro regulation and control by country.Government should increase the intensity of the protection of housing construction to ensure that the rigid demand on the basis of the lessons of the past to summarize,and introduce a ＂Real Estate Guidelines＂,so as to make the healthy and stable development of the real estate economy in a market economy.
