| 摘 要： | 在国际经济危机影响作用下,我国传统经济发展方式面临多重挑战。在这样的背景下,滨海新区作为当前我国着力打造的服务区域经济发展新的增长极,虽然经济长期保持了高速增长,但经济结构、产业结构和企业结构等一系列深层次问题日益显现,亟需通过构筑高端产业体系、提升自主创新能力等举措,加快转变经济发展方式,走上"创新驱动、内生增长"发展道路。

| Abstract: | Under the influence of global economic crisis,the growth model of China is being faced with multiple challenges.In this context,Tianjin Binhai New Area,as new regional economic growth pole of China,although maintained long-term rapid growth,is being faced with a series fo deep-seated problems on economic structure,industrial structure and enterprise structure.Therefore Tianjin Binhai New Area must change the growth model,by means of building high-end industry,promoting independent innovation capability and so on,in order to realize innovation driven and endogenous growth. |
