| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志提出的"不断深化对共产党执政规律的研究",是对丰富和发展马克思主义做出新的贡献的一个重要任务.深化对这一规律的研究,就是要在实践创新和理论创新中逐步地认真解决两大历史性课题:一是要提高党的执政能力和领导水平;二是要提高党的拒腐防变和抵御风险的能力.

| Abstract: | “Constantly deepening the researches on the Party's law of governing”put forward by Comrade JIANG Ze-min is an important task of making new contributions to enriching and developing Marxism. Deepening the researches on this law refers to constantly solve the following two historical courses in the process of practical creation and theoretical creation :first .improving the governing ability and leading level of the Party;Secondly .promoting Party's capability of anti-corrupting.anti-rarying and resisting risk. |
