| Abstract: | In order to deepen reform of turning into business institutions for geological prospecting enterprises, it must strengthen the building of employee team. Aiming at the existing problems, it is necessary to deepen reform of three systems, strengthen the cultivation and introduction of talents and enhance the overall quality of employees, strengthen the fostering of market conception and carry out the construction projects of enterprise culture. |
