| 摘 要： | 创业型经济是一种全新的经济形态，是我国保持经济持续发展的必然选择。发展创业型经济，促进我国经济发展方式转变，要着力培育内生经济增长模式；要进一步完善我国中小企业创业创新政策，扶持创新型中小企业和高技术中小企业成长，进行产业结构的调整、升级；多策并举地激发全民创新创业活力。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurial economy is a brand-new economic form, and is an inevitable choice to keep China＇s economy developing con- tinuously. Developing entrepreneurial economy and changing China＇s economic mode depends upon cultivating endogenous economic mode, perfecting entrepreneurial and innovative policy for small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting entrepreneurial and high-tech small and medium-sizod enterprises, adjusting and upgrading industrial structure, and motivating innovative and entrepreneurial activity of all the people by multiple ways. |
