| 摘 要： | 为保证军人保险制度的顺利实施，提高军人保险金给付水平。必须加强军人保险基金运营，实现军人保险基金的保值增值而实现这一目标的关键是提高对基金的理性认识，安全有效地进行基金投资，建立健全各项基金运营的法律制度，加强对军人保险基金运营的审计和监督。
