我国科技型中小企业融资效率分析

长期以来,内源融资仍为科技型中小企业最主要的融资方式,银行信贷作用不突出且结构不合理,使科技型中小企业不得不求助于融资效率较低的民间借贷,融资困难和融资效率低下制约了企业发展。影响我国科技型中小企业融资效率的因素包括融资成本、企业规模及资产结构、融资渠道及融资结构、盈利能力和成长性、企业生命周期。我国科技型中小企业应提高自身实力,各级科技部门、国家高新区应建立和完善科技型企业融资担保体系,大力营造对科技型中小企业信贷支持的有利环境,以提高科技型中小企业的融资效率。

An Analysis of Financing Efficiency on Chinese Small and Middle Enterprises of Science and Technology

For a long time,internal financing is a main financing way for small and middle Chinese enterprises of science and technology.Weak role and imperfect structure of bank credit force the small and middle enterprises of science and technology to seek help from less efficient private lending,which limits their development.The main factors are financing cost,enterprise scale and capital structure,financing channel and structure,profitability and growth,and enterprise life cycle.The small and middle Chinese enterprises of science and technology should increase their own strength,meanwhile,scientific and technological departments at all levels and state＇s high-tech development zones should establish and improve financing guarantee system,create favorable environment supporting credit,and increase financing efficiency for small and middle enterprises of science and technology.
