文化产业发展的结构障碍与突破方略——以江苏省为例

通过对江苏文化产业结构分析,发现江苏省文化产业总量水平不高,对国民经济贡献份额偏少,区域间发展水平不均衡;产业集群化、国际化水平相对较低。影响和制约江苏省文化产业发展的最大障碍来自于产业结构方面。其原因主要是产业规划不科学、产业层次不合理、产业集聚和产业＂走出去＂的动力不足。江苏省突破文化产业结构障碍,尽快提高江苏文化产业的竞争力和国际化水平,必须完善文化产业政策;确立文化产业发展战略;促进文化产业融合;培育文化产业集群;推动文化产业的国际化。

Structural Barriers and Breakthrough Strategies of Development of Cultural Industry Based on Jiangsu Province

The analysis on the structure of Jiangsu cultural industry shows that its total level is mediocre,its contribution to national economy is small,the development in different areas is unbalanced,and the industrial clustering and internationalization is inferior.The largest obstacle is industrial structure due to its non-scientific industrial planning,irrational industrial level,insufficient power in industrial clustering and going globally.Therefore,Jiangsu Province should increase its competitiveness and internationalization of cultural industry as soon as possible,improve policy on cultural industry,establish its development strategy,promote its integration and clustering,and promote its internationalization.
