| 摘 要： | 随着电子商务的蓬勃发展。电子商务支付平台应运而生。随之而来的电子商务支付平台的安全问题亦开始凸现。为确保证电子商务支付平台安全性，国家要明确电子商务地位的合法性、市场准入资质．在此基础上由银监会和工信部加强对其协同监管，保障运营中的资金安全，从而进一步保障电子商务支付平台的健康有序运营。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of e-commerce, the online payment platform appeared and the security of online payment also did. The government confirmss the legitimacy of e-commerce and market access qualification, in addition, the China Banking Regulatory Commission and the Industry and Information Department should supervise it cooperatively, guarantee safety of funds and orderly operation of online payment phtform. |
