宿迁花卉产业化存在的问题及其对策研究

目前，宿迁花卉产业规模不断扩大，产业特色日益明显。技术含量逐渐提高。但与发达国家或地区相比，宿迁市花卉业在产业化的诸多环节还有相当的差距，存在的问题是龙头企业带动力不强，中介组织缺乏沟通；经营方式落后，运输手段不足；信息化程度不高。信息化人才缺乏。加快花卉产业化经营进程。应坚持市场为导向，培育主导产业。搞好基地建设；重视技术创新与推广，提高花卉业产业化经营的科技含量；继续推进农民专业合作组织建设，促进农户参与产业化经营；转变政府职能。推进花卉产业化发展。

Problems and Strategies on Suqian Flower Industrialization

The flower industry in Suqian city develops rapidly, its industrial feature is clear increasingly, and technical content is increasing gradually. Compared with developed countries and regions, however, there is a big gap in many aspects of industrialization, such as weak driving power of leading enterprises, lack of communication between intennodiate associations, far-behind business methods, insuf- ficient traffic means, h~erlor information level, and lack d h~ormation talents. Therefore, the city should stick to market orientation to de- velop the leading industry and base construction, value technological innovation and promotion to improve technical content of flower business, promote cooperation construction between farmers and professionals, encourage farmers to participate in industrialized operation, and change the function of govenunent to drive flower industrialization.
