| 摘 要： | 当前,我国资源短缺和环境恶化的问题日益突出,产业结构发展也面临深刻的变革和挑战。我国正处在经济转型的重要时期,科技发展是经济转型升级的关键,以科技发展优化经济结构,推动经济转型是当务之急。我国应抓紧完善相关机制,形成有利于创新的体制机制,以科技体制改革促进科技创新,进而促进经济发展快速转型。

| Abstract: | Currently,resource shortage and environment deterioration are more serious in China,in addition,the industrial structure is facing up with deep reform and challenge.In the important stage of economic transformation,technical development is the key to upgrading economic transformation.The urgent matter is to promote economic transformation by optimizing economic structure.China should quickly improve related innovative mechanisms and systems to promote technical innovation and economic transformation. |
