| 摘 要： | 青年教师是高校可持续发展的有生力量,尤其对新升本科院校而言,这支队伍综合素质的培养已成为其实现快速发展迫在眉睫所要解决的问题。培养新升本科院校青年教师综合素质,应从管理层的思想意识入手,完善青年教师职业初期人格的塑造,进一步提升道德素质、教学和科研能力。
