基于组织中知识协同的人-人交互效率影响因素研究

摘    要:针对如何提高组织内知识工作者与知识工作者之间工作效率的问题,分析了基于知识协同的组织中的人-人交互的基本过程,提炼出基于知识协同的组织中的人-人交互过程的特征,分析了人-人交互效率众多因素,构建了基于知识协同的组织内人-人交互主要影响因素的关系模型,从影响知识工作效率程度角度,初步探讨了动机-激励机制的关系模型和能力-技术方法的关系模型。

Abstract:Aiming at how to improve the work efficiency between the knowledge workers and knowledge workers in the organization in the era of the knowledge-based economy, this paper elaborates on the process of the "person-person interaction"in the knowledge work of the organization members under the internet work circumstance. It shows that the reserch on the person-person interactive efficiency belongs to the research area of the knowledge work , and analyzes the basic process of the person-person interaction in the organization based on knowledge collaboration and concludes the features of the person-person interactive process in the organization based on knowledge collaboration. The author also analyzes many factors of the person-person interactive efficiency, and classifies them into three types that the two interactive parties'attribute, the organization circumstance and the information technology conditon. This paper establishes the relation model of the main influencial factors of the person-person interaction in the organization based on knowledge collaboration. From the angle of the degree of influencing knowledge effeciency, it preliminarily discusses the relation model of motivation-incentive machanism and the relation model of capability-technology methord.
