摘    要:事业单位实施岗位设置管理,是我国事业单位人事管理制度的重大改革和创新,是事业单位改革系列工作中不可或缺的一个子项目。随着各项人事制度改革的不断深化,事业单位岗位设置管理工作的重要性和必要性日益突出.进一步实施事业单位岗位设置管理,是事业单位人事制度改革的基础环节,是事业单位建立用人新机制的重要环节,是事业单位工资制度改革的关键环节。在调研浙江省宁波市近年来事业单位岗位设置管理工作进展情况的基础上.或可从事业单位岗位设置管理的原则出发,针对事业单位岗位设置管理工作中遇到的突出问题加以分析,并就深入实施事业单位岗位设置管理、全面推行该项工作的进程中,必须要处理好的六个关系,提出具体对策措施。同时对事业单位岗位设置管理工作提出合理化建议。

Abstract:Management on position setting is a big breakthrough in reforming human resources systems in institutional organizations. It is also an indispensable sub-project in a series of reforms in the institutional organizations. With the deepening of human resources reforms, setting positions and its management display more importance and necessity. Furthering position management is the basics of all reforms on human resources systems. It will greatly promote the establishment of a new human resources system. Furthermore, it is critical to reforms on salary sys Municipal terns. This paper makes a survey on the development of position setting and management in Ningbo institutional organizations. A solid foundation is laid on position setting principles, and the pressing concerns are pointed out about the management of position setting. The author also proposes to cope with six elations as well as their specific measures in further carrying out the management of position setting. Suggestions are finally put forward to rationalize the position setting and management in the institutional organizations.
