| 摘 要： | 文章通过对村干部"弱监护人"、"双重代理人"、"双重角色‘边缘化’"以及"赢利—保护型经纪"等角色类型的比较分析,提出了村干部"共同代理人"服务角色;根据共同代理激励机制与360度全员参与原则对村干部激励机制进行了系统分析与初步设计。

| Abstract: | Through the comparison and analysis among different cadres profiles,such as "Weak Guardian","Dual-Role Agent","Dual-Role Border-Rization ",and "Profitable-Protectionable Brokerage",this paper puts forward to the "Common Agent" as village cadre s service role.According to the Common Agency incentive mechanism and the 360° all participation rule,this article carries out a systematic analysis and preliminary designation for village cadre s incentive mechanism. |
