| 摘 要： | 通过对高速公路建设项目传统管理模式分析，提出了高速公路建设项目管理新模式一集成化管理，采用了适合高速公路集成化管理的网状虚拟组织结构模式，并对其进行了设计，同时对高速公路建设项目集成化管理的支撑系统做了初步探讨。
